After Access: Once you have viewed course videos, downloaded materials, or accessed audio files, courses become non-refundable. This is because digital content cannot be "returned."

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Completed Sessions: Refunds are not provided for coaching sessions you have already attended or completed.
Upcoming Sessions: See our Cancellation Policy in the Terms of Use. Sessions cancelled 48+ hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Cancellation by You: Refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless we can offer you a future event of equal value.
Cancellation by Us: If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at your choice.
If you do not attend a booked session or event without prior notice or cancellation, no refund is issued. We may allow rescheduling at our discretion.
If you experience technical problems accessing course materials or attending a virtual session due to our platform, we will: (a) attempt to resolve the issue promptly, (b) offer a replacement session or access, or (c) provide a refund at our discretion.
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days with details. We will work to resolve the issue, offer an alternative session, or discuss a refund in exceptional cases.
